It only feels right that I tell you a little about myself, so hi, I’m Kate! I am a 23-year-old Kansas-born and raised girl who loves all things photography. I first started taking pictures back when I was in 8th grade, and it has been my favorite “job” ever since. It has seen me through my crazy high school years, my entire college experience, and now through my master’s program (that I am almost done with), so you could say that it has become quite the companion to me.

Outside of photography, you can find me listening to music – Lana Del Rey and the Lumineers will always be classics in my book – hanging out with my furry bestie, Birdie, who is a three-year-old Bernedoodle, or exploring the great outdoors. I’ve been a BIG fan of National Parks for the last few years, so you could probably find me at one of those.
